The other day, while searching through a folder of saved documents, I came across some of the material I produced for my students when I was teaching Anglicanism at Cranmer Hall in Durham — a role I took on not long after beginning my doctorate in 2008.
Excellent! I’ve recently returned to Ramsey to transcend current positions that have become reductionist and yet claim their positions as true Anglicanism. I shall by God’s grace return to some of the others while I am still able now turning 80. 😊
Beautiful! Thank you! I'd love to know whom / what would you add from post 1980s-ish Anglicanism. I'm guessing something from Rowan Williams might end up on the list... other thoughts...?
Good question! Part of the problem is predicting who will still be read 50 years from now. Rowan, as you say. N.T. Wright, perhaps; John Stott? Oliver O'Donovan? I think I would have to take a more Global perspective, too: Tutu, Kwok Pui-lan, Fleming Rutledge. I'd like to think some of the poetry of Malcolm Guite would still be read. That's off the top of my head. I'm probably missing some obvious ones.

O'Donovan, certainly
Agreed - it's tricky! I'd like to think that all of these will be recognized as key voices too.
